Enrollment & Re-Enrollment

Dear Lighthouse Christian School Families:

The 2013-2014 school year will soon be a reality. I hope you’re having a blessed and enjoyable summer.

As we prepare for the upcoming school year, please mark your calendar for our open house date:

Thursday, August 22nd for Pre-K through 8th Grade, 6:30 PM in the DCOG Sanctuary

Attendance at this open house is extremely important for both new and returning families. During the open house we will explain the latest updates in the handbook, uniform policy, fundraising, RenWeb, technology and introduce the staff. The teachers will be sharing pertinent information for your family and will be available to answer any questions. Mark your calendar now to set aside this time for you and your child (ren) to attend.

To access the Academic Calendar (the first day of school will begin at 8:00 AM on Monday, August 26th) and the School Supply List please go to www.lighthousechristianschool.com. The Academic Calendar can be uploaded to your google calendar. The Supply List can be found under the Academic Tab.

Your August Statement will be emailed separately. If you would like to pay in Full, please call the office and speak with Donna Anderson for the proper discount.

We have made changes to the school’s logo. Therefore the school uniform order information will be sent at a later date. The uniform is required for Kindergarten through 8th Grade. Even though we have made changes to the school’s logo, you are not required to replace your current uniform with the new one. All pants, shorts or skirts must be traditional/classic uniform style in tan or navy blue. NO FORM FITTING, LOW RIDING, OR CARGO STYLES WILL BE PERMITTED! We have some gently used uniforms available in the office. You may stop by the office Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday from 9:00 to 2:00 to take any items you need.

The Parent/Student Handbook for the 2013-2014 school year is available on our website. Make sure both you and your child read and understand all of the school’s policies.
